Friday morning

Friday morning, 2 am, someone is pounding on my son's door, screaming "Help me, help me." He answered the door, only to be attacked by a guy with a butcher knife. Fortunately his heating system is screwed up and he was still wearing his leather jacket, (helped alot). They fought over the knife until my son drew his 45. Make a note-condition 3 doesn't work when you busy fighting someone. Eventually he disarmed the guy, who kept asking for the keys to my son's car. Make what seems to be a long stroy short, the guy ran from the apartment and was soon caught by the cops,only after he got the taser gun from one and used it on her, then banged her head off the patrol car and tried to steal it. Boy now knows that you always carry with one in the chamber

Nope,doesn't know the guy. Hasn't even met any girl types recently. He has no idea where this all came from. The guy never even mentioned a girl that morning

One thing we need to remember is this, the paper is in the business of selling papers. It would not be the first time nor the last time they fabricated something in order to sell more papers. Those who trust mass media are very often lead astray by it. There are a lot of people out there who not nothing more that to make all of us look like criminals or dievients just please remember that!!

I'm glad your son is ok, but I gotta say...he would have been fully justified to put one in the bad guy at the point of the knife attack! Sure would have saved a lot of grief for everyone!

I must admit, I thought this post was yet another troll-attempt on this site, but after reading those two news articles I see I was wrong.

Yikes! This could have turned real badly for your son, I'm glad he is ok.

ok so as i read it dude a stabs dude b in house 1, flees, goes to house 2 tries to steal dude c's car, leaves after almost gettign shot in a scuffle. comes into contact with cop, fights cop, tazes cop, dudes d-? come in and beat the guy to hell. right?

Props for your son to be able to defend himself, thumbs down for condition 3. He is lucky, and as it seems fairly skilled in HTH, maybe some firearms training would be a good christmas present this year.
