Default CC ok at Hawk Mountain?

Does anyone know if CC is permitted at Hawk Mountain near Hamburg? I'm going to be going up there this weekend to do some photography.

From their site:

Quote:
Rules and Regulations

* No pets, radios, smoking, alcohol, bicycles, horses, camping or fires.
* Please leave plants, animals, rocks, sticks, etc. as you found them. The Mountain's fragile ecology depends on you; help us protect it for future visitors and for wildlife.
* Hike the trails at your own risk.
* Trails close at dusk. Allow adequate time for return hiking by nightfall.
* Stay on designated trails.
* Do not enter restricted areas or breach safety rails.
* Keep voices low on trails and lookouts.
* Pack out your trash and recyclables. Do not leave food for animals.

Report First Aid Emergencies at the Visitor Center or to Sanctuary personnel identified by yellow arm patches. A first aid room is available in the Visitor Center to self-administer to minor cuts and bruises.
No mention of firearms, so you should be good to go. Of course, it does appear to be 'private property', so if you're discovered and asked to leave, you'll need to do so.

Hawk Mt. is private property not a state park. Knock yourself out.

BTW IMO Hawk MT is a scam.

How so? It's beautiful and I've always enjoyed my time there.

Let's just say paying to sit on a rock next to a couple dozen regulars hanging out in lawn chairs getting a chill up their spine every time a Turkey Vulture flew by, wasn’t exactly what I envisioned. The crew of spotters spying all manner of raptors with high power binoculars was all a bit too corny for me.

Too each his own.

I don't go up there to look at birds with binoculars. I spend an entire day hiking the miles upon miles of trails, and stopping at the outlook points only to take pictures. It's just a nice place to get away.

I'd recomend the Pulpit Rock and Pinnacle trail in that area. I used to hike it once a year.

I like Hawk Mountain, but if I had my druthers, I still like to go to bear rock, and bake oven knob. I just like the area. Rickets Glen is another great area.

We birders are an odd bunch.

Has to be the right time of year as well for good hawk watching. Migration times are great, all manner of raptors are floating by
