If you have a shoe repair shop in the area, ask them if they can re-dye the leather for ya. If not, check your local craft stores and look for leather dye. It might help to take the holster with and ask if they know anything about dying leather.

Leather can be re-dyed at home.
I did a couple of couch cushions with great success. I used a fine abrasive pad to prep, and acetone to strip as much color as would come. Then redyed using leather dye. Buff it out like you would a shoe.. |

PS that stitch wax is great for removing the evil squeeks on holsters.
