You have 15 days in which to change the address on your driver's license.
There are no provisions, or requirements, in state law for changing the address on your LTCF. It cannot be done. There are no forms available with which to do it. It is good until it expires, regardless of the address on it. Since there is no handgun registration in Pennsylvania, your handguns do not have an address, so asking how to change their address is a moot point. Putting your old address on the firearms purchase forms would be committing a fraud. Get your driver's license updated.
