I am the one who stated this and I am by no means any expert but I would think if a judge had the authority to carry concealed because somewhere it had been decided he equals LE then I would think he would have to follow the same obligation of showing his qualification.
LE can not carry unless qualified or they may carry concealed in private life with a permit.
