The 4th Amendment is Dead in America... this is a truly disturbing video of a man who simply requested a warrant of his government to conduct a search on his property.

Does this upset you as much as it does me?

At least he is standing up for himself.

One set of criminal charges and a civil suit - probably nothing changes, but you never know.

If more people stood up, it would change.

"If you have nothing to hide, then what's the problem?"

Sad thing is, I have been hearing that from a lot of people. Including a soldier that returned from Iraq - which floored me. Truth is, very few people care about our rights anymore. And fewer are willing to do anything about it. So it's close to time to kiss it all goodbye.

They were in violation of the law as stated in the US Constitution as I understand it. If you think that is bad watch this one....

You know who I find caring about the rights that our constitution prohibits the government from interfering with? Educated foreigners trying to become US citizens. Not all of them for sure - they seem to have slightly a greater propensity for Leftism than the general population. But the rest care a lot more than most in this country.

Unless i'm mistaken, anything she would find would be inadmissable in a court of law.. It's usually how it works. But if I lived in one of those "Developments" that are springing up everywhere, that pretty much negates a TON of rights apon you signing the papers, then they can pretty much do whatever they want.. And of course alot of people sign papers that give up rights every day.. Take the water people.. On the contract it has language that gives there people the right to come onto your property and read the meter every month..

That being said, the woman is a friggin idiot..

As a regulator, she may not be interested in court. She may be able to administer her own fines and directives. Not enough info. Also, if a regulatory ruling was challenged, I don't really know if the evidence would forbidden since it would not be a criminal court (don't know how that works).

There must be a run on "tin foil hats".

By watching all of the video(twice) it appears that the guy was digging a new septic line. By the way he was acting and with her presence, probably either without a permit or not up to current code(tank or sand mount). So it appears that he was violating health codes in plain sight. So the public official was acting properly and within her duties. It appears through his words that she was there the day before and was chased away, she came back with a deputy. By the way that guy was showing paranoia, I don't blame here. I don't see a 4th Amendment violation here. I would have liked to see the rest of the video after the second sheriff arrived, and also what he was hiding in the back of his trailer. He was careful not to show what he was doing in the ground. IMHO, he was just trying everything to avoid a fine.

Just because you own a piece of land, it doesn't give you permission to pump your crap into the ground and possibly pollute your neighbors well water.
