Question AR- 15 manufacturer info

I am looking for info on a company that makes an AR-15 rifle or possibly or just uppers.

i'm thinking it is L-M or L &M or somthing along thos lines.

They use some sort of different gas system than a normal AR.
They are being used in small numbers in the spec op comunity and i think they are now selling to the public.

I recently read or watched something about them but I dont remember where i saw it.

can anyone point me in the right direction ???

you are looking for Lewis Machine and Tool for AR parts, but dont think they make a"different gas system" setup like a piston upper....
http://www.lewismachine.net/

if you want a gas piston upper, instead of the regular 'gas impingement" design, you are looking for Leitner-Wise.
I've shot thier uppers, and pow, if i felt a need for one, i'd get it.

and oh gawd....not the arfcom...never the arfcom. Home of the Chairborne Ranger and Mall Ninjas Unite!

If you are looking soley for gas piston AR's...you might also want to try POF

www.pof-usa.com

Or YHM also sells the ZM AR's
