Flame away.

I gotta flame on springfield making a better 1911 than colt, and panther arms making a better AR... I just can't agree with that at all, springfield 1911's make me want to throw up, and while panther arms makes good stuff and colt is way overpriced they are making the best out of the box AR at the moment thats for sure.
I like Panther as far as quality against price. To me overpriced & over rated are related.

I can agree with smith and wesson to a point, although I like the M&P's more than the XD, their revolvers are way over priced.
I like the XDs better. I've never been a fan of Smith autos. The only ones I've ever liked were the old full size 10mms. As for revolvers,in steel I'd take a Ruger any day.

As far as the SKS being over rated.....at least it's cheap...under 200$.
As for the AK...they are also less expensive & they always work. The milled AK are overpriced.

1911. And I say this as someone who genuinely loves the 1911. It's a great design, I love shooting it, and I own two ridiculously overpriced super high end $2k+ 1911s just because I think they're pretty and fun to shoot and carry.

But they're totally outdated, overweight, under-capacity, and finicky compared to the Glock and its ilk. "Ultimate fighting pistol?" Yeah, maybe 90 years ago.

Anything made in Germany, overpriced and over rated. I'll stick with Russian or near Russian stuff. cheap, simple, reliable.
