Where to buy....taps and dies
Looking for a die, die handle, and TAT for a .308/ 7.62x39 barrel. 14x1 LH turn. I found one here http://www.shop.preciseinnovationsll...3?categoryId=1
but I was thinking this piece doesnt seem like it would be in high demand so a used option would be ideal....for less than 60 + shipping. I could rent for 20 + shipping but I'd rather own something off ebay if possible. Anyone know of a place to get a deal?

Check Brownells or the gunsmithing section or MidwayUSA. Otherwise McMaster-Carr or Graingers may have what you need.

And the price reflects the cost of the item... about the only way to go if you dont have a lathe to cut the threads with.
