This question is related to this thread:
http://www.pafoa.org/forum/question-...-transfer.html I am now in possession of my mom's pistol. I have a buyer, but my mom never registered the gun in Pa when she moved here from Jersey. Can I still legally sell this gun to an individual through my local FFL? Or does she have to first register it in Pa? |
