Default Boycott?

Is it time? Are we big enough to establish a boycott list?

No on in particular at the moment but I'm sure there are some anti gun establishments that are deserving especially down state.

Does mayor Street have any commercial interest?

Boycotts only tend to give the boycott-ee free advertising.

So you want to start a boycott but you don't know which company.

I might sound crazy here, but wouldn't it be a better idea to first have a company who has treated SEVERAL customers wrongly and then talk of a boycott?

Boycotts only give them more publicity.. Unless the group who's doing the Boycotting is large and cohesive enough to actually impact the bottom line. Just look what happens when Church groups boycott movies, books, or TV shows.. They get a huge amount of free press and make more money because of it.. even if the movie sucks.. lol

Or if the reason is powerful enough to actually influence the avg joeshmoe on the street to follow said boycott..

That being said.. Who you got in mind?

I don't do boycotts. If a store does something specific to lose my business then I personally boycott them, i.e. vote with my wallet.

I don't know...Smith and Wesson sure felt the heat when they screwed over gun owners a few years back.

K-Mart has not gotten a dollar out of me for about 8 years since the policies they initiated with ammo and what not.

A good effective boycott of a company needs to be organized and well executed with a maximum amount of involvement from those affected.

Heck, It worked well for the civil rights movement.....and just what are our gun rights anyway but a civil right?

I believe the NRA has a list of companies that support gun grabbing or the gungrabbers....nothing wrong with it.
