In order to prevent an AWB from being passed, we need more pro-2A votes in Congress. However, if passed I'd sure hope McCain would veto it with the way he's courting the "gun vote".

May God Bless us all if the AWB becomes active again. I haven't been stocking up like I should have but I will soon. I'm debating if I should just get a few AR uppers and keep them for future builds etc. High-cap mags are another thing I've been stocking up on.

I'd love an FN PS-90/2000 and all the other goodies but I just can't afford them. Tuition killed me this year.

It is the lowers, that you want to stock up on. That is basically you gun, and that is what gets registered.

Exactly why they are so difficult to get sometimes... not fun anymore!

Well, I'm not going into further debt to pick up much more this year. I already have spent wayyyy more than I should have

What I have should last me a lifetime should that have to be the case. I personally am not extremely worried and I don't know why.

I decided to stick with one model and stock pile what I need for it. I have 2 AK's. About (15) 20 rounds mags, 100 round drum, (4) 30 round mags. Around 1000 rounds of ammo.

I had a PAFOA lower and sold it to a fellow PAFOA member for some cash and more ammo for the AK.

One AK was purchased off a private owner and there is no record of my ownership. Love that one. He He He.

If things go sour. I ain't worried about getting multiple makes of ammo. I just want to stock up on a bunch more ammo. For the pistol and the AK's.

No problem...they seem like great quality lowers. I haven't gotten one yet, but I will when I have an extra $100...then I'll just sock it away for a rainy day!

Why the tin hats ?
After McCain dropped the " Oh S#*! Bomb on Obama , who's to say the 2nd Amendment won't be adhered to. The evil Acts ( National Firearms Act (1934)
: Gun Control Act (1968)) could disappear.
Hey gotta have a look on the bright side. The glass is half full.

I haven't added any Lowers to the pile for about a year now, guess it's time to order some more. I have enough ammo for my AK-74 to last me a lifetime, so that is not an issue, but, I will be hording magazines again. I want at least 100+ AR mags, and a metric shit-ton of AK magazines (AK-47and AK-74). I will never get caught with a limited supply like I did during the last ban. Guns, Mags, and Ammo..... (That could be the title for a song!) I'm going to stock up until it hurts. I'm also looking at what spare parts are going to be needed to keep the evil guns up and running.
