Frankly, every time I get an NRA alert warning me about the next crazy piece of legislation from the same Philly based politicians, I immediately e-mail the appropriate branch involved, then find mself on the Howard Hannah website looking for property in West Virginia. I propose a $5 a box tax on all ammo sold in the commonwealth, the proceeds of which to be used to relocate members of this forum who reside in Philadelphia to areas more in line with their lifestyles, i.e. the rest of the state. Philadelphia could then be granted statehood, and be given our current Governor as well. We should keep the scientists who are brilliant enough to serial number the fragments of Glaser rounds, though.

As a philly resident, I'm thinking more and more that laws in general should remain a state thing. If people are anti-gun, move to DC, Kali, New Jersey, Illinois, etc. If people are pro-gun, move to, for example, PA, philly even. This would make everyone happy. The antis can keep to their liberal victimhood in their states, and the rest of us would no longer have to deal with their irrationality. A win-win.
