Once we nail this down, perhaps it could be added to the header post, so the info is available to all who view. I mean, if the plan is to sell food to raise some cash, it would make sense to let people know so they don't have to bother packing a lunch if they don't want to.




I was also wondering who will be catering the meals for the Admins/Mods? My preference is Prime Rib, but a nice Chicken Marsala will do, if it helps to keep the cost down.

So I was planning on making some breakfast bagel or muffin thing for this shoot. Real simple egg cheese bacon deal. I'm gonna heat them at home then throw them in a insulated bag I have so they stay warm. That way people will have something to eat in the AM and we will have no mess to clean up. Also I am morally opposed to people being hungry and the lack of bacon makes me wince....
I was thinking of 40 or so but if we expect more folks then I can make more food...

Hey some folks can afford to do such a thing. I for one, would not volunteer for such an adventure if I could not afford it. If you need some help however please don't hesitate to ask.
