Just the jacket. Not an uncommon thing. However the jacket on the .50 is pretty heavy all by itself Not to mention sharp! Probably traveling a couple hundred ft/sec, tops, based on the duration of the noise/time after firing.

I've seen this video before, if it is real that guy is really freaking lucky. If it is fake well it made me laugh and happy that it's never happened to me.
