We are issued a license to carry firearms not a license to carry weapons.

Again, it's hardly a big deal unless you decide to really wrap yourself around the axle over it. Just KNOW what these tools are capable of.

That is true, except if you look at what the law defines as "weapons" you will see rifles, pistols & shotguns included. This is what I was referring to.
