I have a question regarding the transfer of ownership of a Pistol from Child to Parent.
I am looking to get my dad a pistol. What are the transfer processes between the two entities? D owe have to go through a FFL to execute the transaction, or is a Face to FAce OK? |

No FFL "transfer" required for child to adult
Child to parent (and visa versa) are legal in PA and no transfer required. {§6111. Sale or transfer of firearms.} Quote:
