Cool Help In Philadelphia
I have a question my friend & myself have both tried to apply for our CCW/LTCF permit we have all of the other qualifying factors except for a drivers license mine is suspended & he never had one.He lives in center city & rarely travels outside of center city so hes has no need to drive. I need to know whether given the right information or were we just jerked around as Philadelphia usually does with CCW/LTCF applicants? If so is there anyone we can turn to?

Ps: We both have valid PA state ID cards. Thanks to the member who showed me my mistake.My bad I was typing too fast.

Your friend should be fine with his PA ID card. Why is your license suspended, because that may make you wait until it is no longer suspended. Need more information.
