my home is 150yr old also and brick i would see why you could'nt. as it has been shown that a 223 will penatrate less then some types of buck shot.

You really need to stop posting now.
As for telling Michele your glade she can read, My friend you can barely spell let alone insult someone who is a lot more well versed on firearms and laws then you are. sorry you are jealous our state affords us more rights to different types of firearms then yours, but please, dont be a hater for it.
The ignore feature is your friend!

Since I don't wear a hat, will a curtsey do?

I'm not concerned about making holes in the walls, those can be fixed. What concerns me is the possibility of the projectile traveling outside the house.

Would 00 buck (is what's loaded in my shotty) be a better choice than 223 regarding projectiles leaving the house?

Truthfully, I would like to use my AR (in a SHTF situation). My shotty isn't modified yet to fit me, so I would have to be shooting from the hip. Not something I am comfortable doing yet.

you will be fine useing the AR-15 is a more precise weapon and yes the shotgun is also but if your shotgun dont fit use the AR-15 plus i would rather worry about 1 projectile then multipul ones getting through.
for me the AR-15 is a better choice from my eval. of my home.
when a 223 hits a wall or even flesh studies have shown that the bullet tends to tumble which is one reason that the 223 caliber will penatrate walls and other surfaces less then a mass of pellets from a buckshot load.

Yes it is deadly but thats why we consider it for home defense and other applications.
as for illegally owned full auto i hope everyone who does this is arrested but telling lawfull owners of such weapons they should never tell anyone and that they are the reason nancy is gonna take all our 2nd amendment rights away is just a blatent mis statement. The liberals want to take away all our rights no matter what and NFA firearms are not the sole reason.

Makes perfect sense! Thanks!

The AR is much easier to maneuver, at least for me anyway.

If I can't get the job done with 30 rounds, I should be in a nursing home!

I some how think you will do fine with the AR-15
as for the Nursing home we will need to start our own so we can bring our guns, for theroputic means.

oh you can have your free speach, but when it is a disservice to others it becomes dangerous and only serves to do more harm then good.
Yes but is your H&K 91 a .410 shotgun since this is the ultimate caliber/gauge in your oppinion.
My problem is my sausage fingers when i type.
Are you implying that all people from AR, are illiterate because Clinton already proved this.

as for the judge you can have all the Taurus pistols you want, I'll keep my 1911's and all my SIG Sauer pistols instead.
