Default PA now has reciprocity with Arkansas

One more state on the list!

Good news, in case I need to go to Arkansas for some...um... Well, good for them.

I would have prefered NJ but I will probably win the lottery first! Twice! And I don't play the lottery!

Yee-haw! I'm going to drive around shooting stop signs to celebrate. (I HAVE been to Arkansas and saw stop signs with bullet holes in them.)

Just leave the city and head out to the country. Right in here in good ole PA, lots of signs around here with what looks like Rifle, Pistol, or shotgun blast in them. You don't have to drive out to Arkansas.

If this keeps up. Everyone will start going to school, to get our permit along with the Utah permit, and darn near have the entire U.S. of A. totally covered.
