FTA, here is PA the National Tactical Officers Association in Doylestown, Pa., said that things like this are rare... hmmm.... didn't Allentown have to disband their SWAT team cause there were so corrupt?

How hard is it to put a surveillance team on a corner? Has to be cheaper than the lawsuit the city is now gonna pay.

Police relied on an informant that was 'reliable' in the past. Are the police so dumb that they would blindly believe EVERYTHING that a criminal says?

I guess they needed to give the stats a boost with a few quick and easy raids.

Oh, officers are on 'leave'. I can get fired for using a cell phone on the job.. these guys shoot at an innocent person 20+ times and get a vacation. WOW.

"No-Knocks" should be outlawed completely in the sake of public safety. No drug conviction is worth getting an officer shot, nor an innocent shot over. Without any "lawful" no-knocks happening, by default anyone busting in could be rightfully assumed to be a badguy.

The only reason while no-knocks are done is to preserve evidence from being flushed down the crapper. Catching badguys off guard is a cover for the truth - even if the badguys know the LEOs are coming, all the LEOs have to do is wait them out. They will run out of food sooner or later.

Sarcasm off: I really am glad that no one was hurt, including police officers and these dynamic entries, no knock raids on the wrong home are becoming way too common, especially with the fact that the justice system will probably just slap the criminals on the wrist anyway.

Ya know, I almost want to say that the involved in the hunting shootout a few years ago was Hmong. I remember them mentioning something about Laos when that shootout happened.
