Haven't had any luck getting a new form since I last checked in. Does anyone have a scan yet?

Still looking for a scan.

That is the new form which states SSN optional - apparently though the PSP only re-stocks dealer forms as thier exisitng supply is exhausted
![]() The key is to make sure all gun buyers refuse to disclose their SSN, to make the system work. And if any dealers or their employee pressure anyone for their SSN, we need to correct them - they can be sued for this under exisiting 3d Cir. case law because they are agents of the govt. when conducting the background check protocol and must comply with Section 7 of the Federal Privacy Act. |

I am still looking for a clean and complete scan of the 08-2007 revision of the form if no one else is. Is anyone who is making orders for new forms not receiving this revision? I had heard anecdotal reports that Grice's in Clearfield received 08-2007 forms and then 05-2006 forms the next time they ordered.

I'm not a dealer. I would have ordered and kept ordering new forms until I got the new ones, if I was (and that's after having exhausted all my other contacts).
I just want the document in a readable and printable form (thus a 'good copy'). All a dealer has to do is put a little piece of paper over the serial number when they scan the document, or crop it out, as it is a completely generic document less that single number. If someone posts a document with a serial, I'll just crop it out myself. I am sorry if I gave any impression that I was a dealer; could you tell me what led you to believe I might be? |

Also when you said you were still looking for a copy of the form, I thought that you were the one who started the thread, I realize now that you were not the OP. Anyway...good luck in getting a copy soon
