Default STAND YOUR Ground for the Castle Doctrine ?

Uh folks, I hate to bust your bubble , but HB641 is not the castle doctrine. It does bear some of the fruit of that tree but is NOT the Castle Doctrine. This legislation is aimed ONLY at using equal or and including deadly force to stop a predator from committing a crime while in your residence , vehicle, kidnapping attempt or worse. IT does not include protection of property where a felony has occurred , and does not empower anyone to use force to stop a fleeing felon. This HB is not for the use of preventing entry to your residence or property --but only after the fact.--IF YOU LIVE. Permits and licenses will still need to be obtained and firearms registered at a fee per gun. I'm sure that this HB will still make it a point to reflect , that a person must attempt to flee back inside thier place of abode.(RESIDENCE--not business, etc etc.) I see nothing in this HB that strikes down or cancels out --a duyty to retreat.
Texas has accounted for aspects- including a provision that a person who is appointed as a trustee or has agreed to watch over thier prpoerty , shall have equal protection of the law, as if it were the owner(s) himself. A 64 year old man just prooved that point-- in Texas..but he screwed up. He called the Police and told them that "I'll kill them " and he did just that-- loaded and racked his shotgun, walked out the door and the next thing you could hear from the 9-1-1- tapes was four shotgun blasts. 20 seconds later he returned to the phone and said--well, they're dead now. That man is facing murder charges---all because he called police and told them his plan The 2 were illegal Mexicans with records.
Had he simply walked out and confronted them --without any discussion--maybe he'd be covered by the law.. NOT NOW.

HB641 does not contain a retroactive date or clemancy provisions either. However, I've posted my letters of support to all those cited in the news alert and asked them to make sure a retro period is considered. I also called on my State Rep Dan Moul --Gettysburg. Turns out that Rep Moul is also a co-sponsor of this Bill and the office has rec'd an overwhelming response in its' support. Also, Rep Cappelli, Todd Rock and Tom Marsico have been flooded by calls --so they say.
Once this Bill goes through--it can be tweaked later.

However, I can see no reason as to why is was ever necessary since the Constitution of Pa and the U.S. are verbattum--- Then again , I was arrested as was my son for simply trying to stay alive, as two a--holes turfed open 2 acres of my land--committed Ag-Terrorism and Ag Vandalsim and then tried to run me down with their car , and were never arrested by Adams County D.A. Shawn Wagner...or his political appointed family members of the local police department.
This Bill is not going to stop law abidding members of society from being arrested and PERSECUTED by Rednecked idiots with Badges of Authority.
Think I'm kidding ? I am a retired Federal Polce Officer and currently a Registered Nurse. I own a farm and lots of land.. with many wells that are now needed for developers. Any criminal defense lawyer will tell you -- if the powers that be, want something..the way to get it is to bankrupt a person and sieze it. Arrests costs and lawyer fees are expensive. Go ask Shawn Wagner why my son's bail was set at the higheset ever in the history of this Commonwealth. $2.5 Million on a juvenile --later reduced to $250,000 with a lien on my property. All because he fired at the tire of a car that tried to kill me.. as his informants fled the scene and my property. . Police NEVER conducted any investigation, no interviews --nothing--just arrested us .The bullets never struck the car-- the projectiles are still embedded in our fence rails --all three simply remian in that NOW secured and protected fence rail. The dou involved are now in custody. The driver is somewhere not being disclosed , and his girlfriend is in prison after ATF arrested her for stolen guns and committing 3 dozen burglaries throughout and upon homes inside the Coduras State Park of York... while I'm sitting here trying to pay my bills and seek an appeal ..but no outside lawyers will do business in Adams county any longer--due to the corruption .
Even the media was shut up on this matter.. and outside media simpy regards Gettysburg as a shi* hole .

Perhaps you do it for emphasis.

Is there an echo on the board? Let me try this… Echo!

Nope, its just your cut and paste. Why don’t you just post it once and then follow it, having it in more then one place will not make people read it more, it will only annoy people.
