Hmm, any way of confirming if this is true because if it is it would be best to contact the committee members asking the not to concede to the black caucus. I do have confirmed that the black caucus has returned and is in session as of 1pm today so maybe a deal has been cut. I really hope none of this is true. I have a call into Capelli's office and she had emailed him and will get back to me as to what is going on.

I just got a confirmation from Kim Stolfer that HB641 has been pulled off the schedule. Everyone should let him know Pennsylvanians don't like his caving into the minority bullies. I let them know my feeling already and everyone else should do the same.
Here is my email from kim with permission to post it: "Ted, I was just informed by Linda in Caltagirone’s office that the bill has been pulled from the schedule. She would not say why though. I guess she knows what I would do! Tell your friends to hammer Caltagirone for his lack of courage and acquiescing to bullies! Thank you for everything!! Kim Stolfer" State Representative Thomas R. Caltagirone (D-127), Majority Chairman 106 Irvis Office Building PO Box 202127 Harrisburg, PA 17120-2127 (717) 787-3525 Fax: (717) 772-5401 tcaltagi@pahouse.net

I just called my representatives office and they guy who answered the phone said he thought the objection was that the Black Caucus wanted the bill to be tougher. I hope that's right because it wreaks as being the other way. I'm to call back tomorrow to get an answer.
