Have no idea what you're saying there.

Not sure what "cx" in that scentence is for but if you take that out and as the question, "Am I right that Philadelphia is a no carry city?". The answer is no. Philly is not a no carry city.

You can carry concealed in Philly with a PA LTCF (license to carry firearms). You can carry open in Philly with a PA LTCF. The only thing different in Philly from the entire rest of the state is that you cannot carry openly without a LTCF in Philly like you can in the rest of the state(Pittsburg is included in the rest of the state by the way).

Penguin is correct. I'll add that open carry, while legal with LTCF, is not common in phila. Would not be advised unless your prepared to deal with the probable LEO hassle.

He's somewhat correct.

Gang members will always have guns; just like chefs will always have knives, bakers will always have ovens, and writers will always have pens. Trying to stop a gang member from getting a gun is just like trying to stop one of the aforementioned professions from getting their tools of the trade; impossible.

The best thing to do is arm yourself and fight back.

optionwiz,
This is the second thread you've started that is simply a "comment."

It's like you're responding to a thread that nobody else but you can see.
It's just strange.

Another thing that's strange is that you say you're "from" Beaver Co., yet you are speaking as though you are in Philly.

Can you clarify?

Maybe new to the internet? Not strange that he may not understand the structure of the discussion board.
