I grew up in Lower Burrell, so I'm vaguely familiar with where Tarentum is.

Anyway, have you considered attending a Tarentum City Council meeting, with a local newspaper writer in attendance?

Government officials, owing to public apathy, generally try to get away with as much as they can.

However, when they know the taxpayers have their eyes opened, the gubment employees tend to do the right thing.
