Make a 10/22 look like an M14

No one over at Rimfirecentral so far has seen anyone mod their 10/22 to look like an M14. I'm trying to find parts and stuff that will allow me to do this. Doing it cheaply (as in low cost) is priority.

Any suggestions on what I can use?

I could swear that I read about such a project. Guns and Ammo? American Rifleman? Something from Midway???? Hmmm, I can't remember.
