Default mailing a rifle

Is it possible to mail a rifle/ shotgun to somebody in this state. Or do you have to go thru an FFL if your going to be mailing it?

Default Re: mailing a rifle

You can USPS mail or use common carrier(Fedex, UPS, etc) to ship a longgun to another private person within the same state.

You may find employee's of the USPS or carrier ignorant of the law and give you a hard time with it.
