the thing that gets me here is NOBODY talks about the heavily polluting POWER PLANT that produces the electricity for the "plug in" type electric vehicles...
but, oh well

or how worse off a hybrid vehicle is (than an SUV even) to the environment from build to end of life recycling with those batteries, but that's another thread..

Wait, whats this? Like I keep track of those things....

Get over yourself bud, I'm just stating MY opinion, if you disagree and the best thing you can do is call me liberal, then don't wait around for an equally educated response.

When an american car company can sell me a front wheel drive, 260hp+ car with comfortable seats/good ergonomics, turbo, awesome crash test survivability and thats easy to mod for under 20K I'll replace my eclipse.

I won't touch the American/Japanese issue, but I will tell you what I thought of the commercial. I thought it was stupid first of all. Secondly, as someone stated, bullets flying in your direction are dangerous. I don't think it was a "liberal bash" on gun owners or any other kind of statement from Honda. Getting jacked off by that commercial would be like getting pissed at every Hollywood movie that portrays "gun play" in the same way.

why would you want front wheel drive in a "sports car"???

so you can drive it better on ice or other slippery conditions? if that's the case, get an AWD vehicle.

so many vehicles over the years that had good potential to be sporty cars...and the maker puts a front wheel drive system in it... *rolls eyes*

This is kind of funny... because THE number 1 "greenhouse gas" is water vapor....

All you have to know is that on clear nights it is very cold, as opposed to cloudy ones...

even if cars let off nothing but the scent of freshly picked blueberries they still would kill more people than firearms... so if I was honda I wouldn't be going there but hey maybe thats just me
