I have heard it noted that the real 2A argument here is that the District of Columbia is not a State.
Those making this argument should think twice. If the residents of DC have no Second Amendment rights have they also lost all there other rights?
Last I heard those folks thought they were entitled to the same freedoms as everyone else.

I'm hoping the supreme court agrees the DC handgun ban is unconstitutional then that should help repeal unconstitutional laws in Chicago and other communist cities.
