I moved back to Philly a few months ago, so I decided to renew my CCW permit in Montgomery County (a year before my last permit expired) before moving to avoid the hassle of dealing with Philadelphia's gun permit division. My last renewal was in Philly, and it took damn near six months for them to issue me my permit, even though State law is supposed to guarantee that the process takes no longer than 45 days.
Am I now required to call the Montgomery County court house for an address change? How does this work? |

..if not they will just keep doing it. No. There is NO provision for address change on a LTCF in the UFA. Make sure you update your DL though, I think you have 15 days by law... |
