We went to the ER last night and she was admitted. She's "OK", for the most part, but has not been able to eat food in 10 days. Ginger ale and apple juice is all she can get down, and even that increases the pain.
She's awaiting more tests, and I'll be going to sit with her in a while.(BT, I'll wave as I drive by)

MagnusEmpty (ok were getting better, it was as creative as I could be),

Thoughts and Paryers are with you and your wife! I know this is a tough time but you've got a good team of doc's and nurses working down there and I'm sure they will figure out what is going on soon. Keep your head up and be there for your wife (as I'm sure you have and will be)!

On other news I will be making my 3rd RETURN VISIT for this shoot from State College! What a haul but every shoot I've been to has been worth it. I look forward to meeting new people and seeing some old friends one! I'm out for now.

You are confusing the pain in her side with the pain in her a$$... completely different.
This new pain is constant, whereas the PITA goes away around 8am and returns at 5:30pm daily, and it's almost 24/7 on weekends!

Going back now, I'll let her know about the responses.

And to bring this around to being shoot related...

Will there be a raffle this shoot? I haven't seen any mention of it so far, so I was just curious.

Also, what are the odds that someone (most likely Koli?) would be able to keep a pot of water warm on the fire? I'd be more than willing to pick up some gallon jugs of water and hot chocolate, for those that aren't into coffee and wanted something warm to drink. I still have a boat load of those styrofoam cups here too, if they're needed.

Lord, you healed so many people during your public ministry. I bring before you now, in prayer, all those afflicted with illnesses.

Look lovingly and compassionately upon them. Let them feel the strength of your consolation. Help them and their families in their current trials and difficulties.

Lord, I know and believe that if it is your will, you can cure those I pray for (especially N.). I place my trust in you. I pray with faith, but I also pray as you did in Gethsemane: your will be done. Bless us, Lord, and hear my prayer. Amen.
