HB1523 Passes House Judiciary Vote


Thanks to the efforts of everyone who contacted the House Judiciary, HB1523 was passed out of committee today, and now awaits scheduling on the House floor by the Speaker. Stay tuned for more updates on the progress of this bill, and HB1668, which is still tabled.

Default Phila. Armory Gun Show?
Is there a gun show this weekend 11/3-11/4 at the Phila. Armory?
A gun show events listing says this weekend; Appalachian Productions (the sponsor), says 11/17 and another site says 11/10??
Anyone know the real dates?

Another forum where I posted said it was 11/17. He said he called the sponsor directly.
I cannot believe that there is three differrent sites showing three different weekends?!

Well, I went to the Armory and found out it was originally going to be this weekend but the promoter postponed it until 11/17 - 11/18.

There was a scheduling conflict with the Armory personnel and they get 1st use of the building ( duh ).

The show is:

Saturday Nov 17th - 9am to 5pm
Sunday Nov 18th - 9am to 3pm

This is the same weekend as the Leesport, PA gunshow.
