Default Pearce mag extension

Hello all. I installed the Pearce grip mag extension +3 for glock 26 and I was wondering if anybody knew wether I need to install a new spring to compensate for the extra rounds? Thank You all for your replies.

I would consider it, but I've never had any problems with my springs with mag extensions. I would thoroughly test its reliability, and if no problems I would leave the spring alone.
