Default Suggestions for a Red Dot scope similar to a Tasco PDP5

I need to find a good red dot for shooting .22 bullseye matches for a fellow competitor. He likes my Tasco PDP5CMP, but I can't find them for sale any more. He's looking for a very small dot size. I thought the Tasco went down to 2 MOA, but looking online it looks like it's 4 MOA. This is the older 30mm version, not the new 45mm version.

Anyone have any suggestions for us? I'm thinking in the $100 neighborhood would be good.

Vince

PDP5 was a large (50 mm) scope IIRC, your pal's best bet would be an Ultradot 30mm (I recommend Ultradot because of the lifetime warranty).

The best price I have found on them was Gil Hebard Guns ($140 + shipping). Hebard doesn't have a website but you can order by telephone (309 289-2700). You can also see them at Natchez Shooting Supplies www.natchezss.com
