i was watching nascar tonite and noticed a car sponsored by smith & wesson. i thought that was the coolest thing i have seen on tv in awhile. any other thoughts?

I've long hated nascar since they stopped using real cars, however I just might cheer that car on.

I'm not a huge NASCAR fan, but I like the Pro-gun cars out there. Glock sponsors a car that a young lady drives in the ARCA series I think. Last time I seen it they had it painted up with the #45 GAP.

At the NRA convention in Pittsburgh 2004, they had the NRA Chevy that Kerry Earnhardt was going to drive at Daytona in July. I'm not a Earnhardt fan, or a Chevy man....but I was pulling for the NRA Chevy. Kerry was caught up in a crash with less than 10 to go. he was running around 8th when it happened. It sucked.

The Spears manuf. Truck in the truck series runs the NRA logo on it. I have been to a few truck races, and they had signs that read: I'M THE NRA along the turn 4 wall.

You dont have to be a huge NASCAR fan to love firearms and 700+ horsepower. Just a flag wavin' redneck like me.
