I Need help My Gun Is being held from me That I Purchased legaly
I need Help can anyone direct me towards a lawer or a civil gun righty atturney who can go with me to get my gun it is being help in the Lebanon VA hospital. I was told that they will try and sell it without my permission. I need to know what to do in this matter. Anyone who can help me id be greatly appreciated repley to this post and i will get to it in a day or 2 thanks.

they took it i had to carry it i had threats against my life and i was on federal property. But im just wondering when i go to get it if they wont give it to me.

parts of your story is missing.. did you go to the guards desk to try and check it, did they somehow see it? do you have a LTCF?

i have my conceled permet and left it in my car but i took the magazines out so that way noone could use it. I took them out of my pockets and the desk notified the rent a cops. iT WAS THEN CHECKED INTO the safe in the police office and im going down saturday hopefully to get it. Im just wondering what to do should they not give it to me.

they never gave me a recipt but i asked for one and they never gave me it.

Why didn't you just leave it in your car to avoid the hassle?
Before you come here asking for help, try and get your firearm back first. They will probably give it up without a hassle, because they have no right to hold onto it. |
