and things like that?

Junior member, is some one with less then 50 posts,
Senior members have 50 + or is it 100 +
Supporting members means we have money invested in the group.
Major supporting members have more then $100 invested

Rep power is "granted" by your fellow members, based on contribution. If they think it's a great post, they click on the little scales and give you a point (or more, the higher your rep points, the more points you can give other users, not to exceed the number of points you have). I'm not sure of the delineation, but once you get a number of 'points' you go up in rep. You can see who gave you points in the user CP. On the other side of the coin, if you make a seriously bad, tasteless, offensive post, a user can leave negative feedback. This has been abused by some members just to "punish" someone they disagree with. The nice thing is if you are a victim of this type attack and bring it to light, someone may give you positive to offset the negative.

Frenchy may know the division lines since he has 5 rep points, but I'm not sure if he was paying attention to what the breakdowns was.

It seems that for each 1,000 posts you go up in Rep POWER.

I think that for each 100 rep POINTS (received from members), you get an additional Rep POWER number. That is what happened when I received my 100th Rep POINT.

What does it all mean? Not much.
I just had my yearly review at work today and I tried to argue that I have 2,510 posts here and a Rep Power of 4, and TWO little green thingys (I don't know what they mean), but it didn't seem to help my cause any.
