Default Glock 21 High Capacity Mags Question in Philly

Hi

I am a newbee here and have a question.
I purchased a glock 21 and have two 13 round mags. I see them sold all over. My mags do not state that they are restricted and for law enforcement personel only. I purchased them legally but have lost the receipts for them. Should I be concerned if I am pulled over by a police officer and he or she tells me that the high capacity mags are not legal in Philadelphia.
If I remember correctly, the high capacity mags became legal in 97 but can not remember the exact date.
Can anyone give me any info or help links on this? I would really appreciate this.

Thank you.

high capacity mags are completely legal in PA. If a police officer tells you different, they are ignorant and should go back to school.

They have been legal (new manufacture) since the sunset of the assault weapons ban in 2004. Prior to that they were legal to own as long as they were made prior to the enactment of the law in 1994.

BTW, those are not "high capacity" magazines...those are the standard magazines designed to work in your Glock.

The reduced capacity magazines resulted from a government abberation created by the anti-rights despots in Washingon DC...deviates such as Schumer, McCarthy, Feinstein...

Fortunately, that abberation expired in 2004, but the deviates remain in office to do more harm to our great nation.

And, I don't think I'm wrong in saying that whatever was or is marked for LE/military/export use only is null since the sunset of the AWB.

Good clarification.
