IMHO, the best part of the concert is when we play "The Procession of the Patriots" - a medley of the five armed services songs. During each song, we invite members of that branch to stand. There will be 80-year-old men and women who came in with wheelchairs, but when when we play their song, they stand right up! There isn't a dry eye in the house. And it's hard to play an instrument or sing when you're choking back tears... Hope to see some PAFOA folks there!

Thanks for coming and introducing yourself. I'm glad you liked the concert...and as you probably noticed, I don't OC while drumming!  But that doesn't mean it wasn't nearby...
