Do you use Twitter?

For anyone not sure, you don't have to post what you're doing or give any real information outside of an email address. I'm using it to hopefully get breaking gun-related news on my phone though i don't expect to see wide adoption.

That was my initial thought for it. I really have no idea if or how we will use it, that's kind of why I posted the poll. I did not expect many people here to use it.

I'm not really in the know on it but is it possible to publish the News section RSS feeds to it? That'd be cool, though, I'd prefer if it (news section) were restricted to rights-related content rather than a mish-mash of op-eds on an array of topics.

I don't mean to denigrate the News section, I like it, though if it were being texted to my phone, I'd prefer it be relevent content.

The news section is complete crap and will be replaced with what I am working on next: The PAFOA Blog.

The PAFOA Blog will only contain highly relevant information, news, editorials, etc. and the beauty is that there are wordpress plugins that will automatically publish blog posts to twitter.

So yeah, we can totally do that.

This technology thing is pretty rad.

I'm going to start tweeting when I OC with a hash tag of #opencarry as a way to publicize open carry

I voted "no". I am absolutely not interested in Twitter. I understand what you're trying to accomplish, but feel that RSS (as previously mentioned) will address the same problem in a better way. For what it's worth, I also don't do social networking sites. Too much noise, not enough signal.
