Stoeger 8000 9mm Like New

I don't use this gun much. I bought it a year ago new and paid $429 at a gun shop. I may have 400 rounds through it. Never had a problem Like I said, the gun is "like new" condition. I have (4) 15 round magazines, original box, lock, all paperwor. I also replace the grip with Hogue Coco Bolo wood grips. I am looking to get $300 for it through a FFL Dealer in Bucks County.
