Custom build 1911-A1, Essex framed
I'm offering a custom built 1911-A1. This has a stainless slide, Pachmayr grips, 2 mil spec clips.
The slide was originally set with a mounted red dot scope, but this was removed and sights milled and installed by a professional smith. The firearm was also checked completely by the same smith and was found to be in excellent mechanical condition. This was done over this summer past. The gun shoots well and is not really finicky as to particular ammo. **Partial trade for .22 target pistol in good condition would be considered.** $500. **BONUS INDUCEMENT FOR LOCAL FTF**. I'm an FFL so the transfer will only be $5, the actual fees only. I'm waving normal transfer costs for this purchase (I only charge $20 anyway). Shipping to another FFL will be through USPS at actual cost, no additional charges, and it's cheaper than FedEx.
