Requiring that your buyer show you a current PA License to Carry Firearms may provide some assurance that the buyer is not prohibited, but this is not foolproof. Being a registered user or someone that you've met personally is zero assurance of being non-prohibited for firearms possession.

Certain firearms, parts & accessories are also regulated by the National Firearms Act, so if you're not sure, do the research.

FAL ON DSA TYPE II

I am offering for sale my first FAL. It was a non-matching kit in nice shape built on a DSA Type II receiver. All parts are original finish. This rifle shoots like you won't believe. Very, very accurate, no issues with feeding, ejecting, none. Bolt and carrier match to each other, lower is a different number. No numbers or markings on barrel that I can see. SAW grip, X-stock, US bipod cut handguards. This is a nice rifle, and you won't be disappointed. Includes 1 mag. $1050 FTF

I still haven't figured out the secret to good long gun photos. I have the small stuff down, but rifles and shotguns still give me fits.
