I need to stay close to Hagerstown, Maryland and I'd love a country or small town setting. I can prove I have excellent credit and I have clients that would be more then happy to vouch for my character.

I'm very professional, I drive a new truck, I'm clean cut, I don't drink alcohol, I'm single with no intentions of finding a partner. I don't own pets, I'm very quiet, I study a lot and I'm a very light sleeper, so wanting a quiet apartment is emphasized. I also love elderly people because I've learned so much from them.

I really want to stay as close to the $500 a month rent, minus utilities, as possible. It can be a one bedroom but I'd need a nice bit of storage space as well. Small kitchens are fine. Small yards or no yards are great! I want to stay away from living below anyone and I'd prefer a ground level apartment, duplex, or even an above garage apartment. I also want off street parking.

I'll explain my current apartment to help describe what I'd like to find. I have a one bedroom with a separate sitting room and large walk in closet. The sitting room and closet are my storage areas. My bedroom is a medium size that has my bed, office desks and computers set up in it. I have a massive living room, but I hardly use it even though I have beautiful furniture, many antiques and a huge rock and mineral collection. The kitchen and bath are tiny, but I have a huge pantry I use to store other things. It's a 150 year old home that has a crazy floor plan, but some very useful storage spaces.

I do very high end, decorative and professional painting so I have two extension ladders I'd like to store on the property somehow. Fully collapsed they are 8 feet and 16 feet long.

I know I'm sounding picky and it's highly likely I'll have to compromise on a few things, but I wish I could find an apartment like I had years ago. I rented it for 9 years before the owner passed away. The elderly landlord and the apartment were fabulous!
