I have lived here with my wife for 6 years. Family issues force us to move to Wilkes-Barre(ugh!). The house will never be in Better Homes and Gardens but it's cozy and liveable. I've been both a landlord and tenant many times so I'm easy to work with. We are in the process of moving out now.

I often see written that in a situation where you have had to use deadly force to defend yourself (at home or away) you should call your attorney immediately (after calling 911) and not give police a full statement until you speak to legal council. And, you should carry their phone number in your wallet.

My question:
1) how many people out there actual have a lawyer pre-chosen and carry their number?
2) who in Lacka. Co. would be a good choice?
