Vintage Bowie Knife, from Solingen, Germany

Vintage Bowie Knife, Sabre Monarch 171 made in Solingen, Germany.

7 inch blade with bone-style grip. Reads “Original Bowie Knife” on side, “Solingen Germany” at bottom of blade, and “Sabre Monarch 171” on reverse side. I believe this knife is from the 70’s or early 80’s, it came from a relative who was in the service.

The blade appears to have been sharpened and has some staining. Various dings on butt and guard. Comes with original leather sheath (which can loop on a belt) which says WEST GERMANY and has a stag on the front.

$40 with free shipping. MO preferred.
