28 hp johnson outboard mtr

We have a johnson spl 28 hp late 80's vintage, This has controls for steering, speed, gear shift and elec start. plus emergency rope start. No tiller. Has good compression and spark. I do not have a fuel tank. From bottom of motor to cavitation plate 23 ''. HAs been stored for 3 years in garage. E-mail for pic's. Allentown pa area
