As for devices, my suggestion is to purchase an ASP defender in the size you consider most appropriate. I don't know if it is the "hottest", but it's plenty hot and simply a better design. The ASP's thin profile gives the most amount of carry options. Training cartridges are available and you need to train with your spray if you ever want to deploy it effectively. The cartridges are encased and therefore are nearly puncture proof and their casing design also makes for a decent impact weapon if the spray fails to stop an attacker (which should always be a consideration) without having to transition to another device (which you will not have time to do anyway). |
