Lethal Weapons Academy Handgun 101

I took the Handgun 101 class yesterday. It was exactly what I expected. They spent time on safety, nomenclature, types of guns, cleaning, use of force and more. There was ample range time with good attention to grip, stance and trigger manipulation. I feel that my money was well spent and I am much more comfortable and accurate. Thanks to Bob and the guys from LWTA! The only problem is now I have to wait till spring for HG201.

I was at the class also thanks to this thread. I enjoyed the class and picked up a few tips I will ensure I adopt. But I was mainly there to get my brother into a class and get him more comfortable with all the basics. And he got just that. Was a nice break up in the class too age and gender.

I also heard Dave is working on giving some home defense classes coming the in the near future. Just FYI

Well worth the small price for this class.

Been shooting at Bob's for quite a while. 201, 301 and tac shoots, carbine etc. Here's a link to a video a friend and I just made about the recent tac shoot.
